鮭魚炒飯:
材料:
1.新鮮鮭魚一片(松青超市)
2.洋蔥一顆
3.高麗菜一些 (一兩週前剩的日本高麗菜,甜)
4.玉米罐頭一罐 (炒飯前先將水分倒掉)
5.白飯4碗
做法:
1.2.3材料切成小塊狀,倒入些許茶油,將2.3.菜纇炒熟,加入鮭魚炒半熟, 再加入4.5.拌炒到飯呈現乾爽狀況即可裝盤.
評比: 大成功!
A. 可以再加一點黑胡椒提味,可惜家裡沒有.
B. 完全不加味精跟鹽巴也還是很鮮美唷
C. 色香味具全.裡頭有魚肉跟青菜,營養好吃
D. 約20分鐘可以完成非常省事
E. 飯後加水果..飽飽飽@@
推薦松青超市: 販賣的菜纇肉品都很新鮮,原本擔心鮭魚會有腥味,沒想到帶回家不僅沒有腥味,色澤還很美...高麗菜也是很棒, 冰了至少10天的高麗菜,還是甜的不得了!

Relatives issue.....
最近發生一些讓我覺得很00xx的事
不求完全無事 只希望我有智慧
去面對處理這些煩人惱人的俗事
My dad picked me up & I stayed Friday night in my parents house. Shawn asked me if I want to go home (his parents house) that night, I said I want to stay in my parents house, then he said ok, he'll chat with his friends and went home later. Becuase he went home late, he has an excuse for not picking me up. Next morning I still don't want to go to in law's house, so I told Shawn that I was going to make new hair style and told him to go to my parent's house for lunch. When we go back to Shwan's parents house, his mother is unfriendly and told me that I should go "home" ( she meant their house). And she said: this is your home, that's your parents house. Must remember." I did not talk back at that moment because I already stayed one night with my parents and I told her that we'll home Friday night but we didn't. It's our mistake. But I think her words is bullshit, what hell " this is my home..." I'm sick of it. And what makes me angery is they forced me to make dinner for whole family. Well, I made it and the result is bad because I don't know how to cook at all. AND I LOST MY APPETITE THAT NIGHT. When we back to Taipei, I complained to Shawn. I said to him that I would rather buy than cooking for his family. No more cooking next time. I also thought he was not helping me when his mom talked home theory to me... he was not helping when I was cooking. Well, he is always that kind of person, never stand up for me when someone, especially some women he cares, take advantages by lips on me. But he said he did tell his mom that morning and he has no idea for why his mom came up with this issue when I went home. So, his mom scold me on purpose because she knew his son won't pass her word to me. Lucky, we just stay one night. Go to Home of in law? Killing me.
Shawn planned to install a water fillter machine that his father sells. His father always claimed that water came out of this machine is pure and good for our health so he is also selling water, too. When he knows that Shawn want to install, he prepare 6 empty pails and many small empty bottles as well. To my surprise, he wants Shawn drove these pails back and to sell water in Taipei, too. I am very unhappy about that. Last night, I asked Shawn if he bought this machine? He said yes. I asked Shawn: What are these pails for? Shawn said he has no idea, too. Probably his father thinks it's a good way to make extra money. I told him that I think my life has been harrassed. I am not aganist him for selling water or that machine, but at least he should let me know. Besides, for safety purpose, i don't want stranger to go to our house. It a house for rest not for business. I think his father is out of goodwill but it's ridiculous for doing things whatever he wants. My place & my life.
On Monday, my aunt (mom's younger sister) called me. She seperated with her husband and wants to find a place to stay. She thinks of our place. I decline her beacuse I don't want another relative issue in my life. Then I called my mom. I hope she could stop her sister from approaching us.
Well, these days, I am fighting hard for my peaceful life.....These relatives issues..
