When I watched it 1st time, I was impressive of her ambition on her career. She is the woman who really know what she wants, what's her preference and desires and was curious, taking challenges and fight for her own... With a clear mind, a fearless heart, faith and determination, she failed, never gave up, and then success eventually. If I were her, I would chose my career instead of a man who was not committed to a woman he loved.
Today, i watched it again... I focus on her love story with Boy Chapel. Boy asked Coco to marry her in the beginning, Coco did not say yes due to lack of security and strong self esteem. She missed this proposal, and she missed it forever. Well, love never wait, even you call it "true love"... Deeply in love is one thing, how people manage it is another story. Coco and Boy loved each other but Boy married Dianne because Coco did not have enough time to be with Boy. When Boy met Dianne who is an old friend, charming and well background compared to Boy's, Boy decided to marry her. Boy is a betrayer in this relationship. Coco did not spend time on hating him but devoted herself to her career, which is a good example for woman who broken heart by man. All women shouldn't spend time on looking back, but have to look forward and live well for yourself. In the end, Boy died in a car accident on the way to visit Coco. See? Bad man won't have good ending. Coco was grief about the death of her beloved man, but she also got strength to run her business and being successful, I think it is a very good model to today's woman.
Without man, we still have career. Without man, we still have our own ability and Money... Don't let man take these all away from us. In fact, if woman manage everything well - family, love and career - that would be Mrs. Perfect. No so many lucky woman exists. If she exists, she must have a long story to tell..
